The training was indeed customised to suit me. On CV writing I learnt how to structure the cv and what to include, on interview skills we covered how to prepare beforehand and how to handle myself during the interview.Although I have changed jobs many times during my career in IT I soon discovered that I had a lot to learn about getting to interviews and being the one selected.
